I have been customer of HDFC from Last 10 years. I have highly satisfied by the services that HDFC has provided. I have now decided to go for a Home Loan. You wont believe that I got a Saction Message in just 10 Days of the loan Application for 13 Lakhs. I got about 3-4 verification calls from HDFC.
I have a savings account as well. I had this account from way back in 90’s when this bank was pretty new in the market. I got a savings account with very low balance. Just 2500. Usually this is not possible in a Savings account.
Phone banking has been good enough as I use it regularly.
