My father had an salary account in HDFC Bank according to him the staff of HDFC Bank was very well behaved and more polite to their customers he gave an example that once he wanted to close his HDFC account and at that time the staff of HDFC have helped him a lot he also said that he was not knowing that there was money in his account if the bank Wanted they could easily take that money without anyrisk because my father didn’t know that there is still balance in his account he was very happy and thankful to the staff so I came to the conclusion that the staff of HDFC Bank was very well behaved and was polite to their customers they are very truthful .I think that all the banks should have such a truthful and good staff.
