HELLO READERS> TODAY I WANTED TO SHARE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH HDFC BANK
I DONT HATE HDFC BUT THEIR SERVICE
4 Months back in time. I used to regularly pay a visit to HDFC bank.
Once there was a problem in ATM machine. I withdraw 5000 Rs-/ but it gave only a thousand rupee note but it cut full 5000 from my account. I contacted for help. They said that they will have a look over it.
After a Week ago I was a sent a mail from HDFC bank that Your payment was suceesful
and my request was denied. They thought that I was trolling them. I contacted them again, they said that the ATM Machine Withdraw-ed Full 5000 Rupees but I said that I only got a Thousand Rupee Note.
I never got my 4000 Rupees Back.
I Requested them many times but they always denied me.
Please Think before You open an account in HDFC.
