I have been experiencing the most unprofessional services from the Home loan banking of HDFC. Prior to payment of processing fee, their marketing team was after me, promisingthat they will do everything at door steps and sanction within a weeks time. Once the processing fee was paid, I could see everything unprofessional thereafter.
I had applied for Home loan on February 19, 2021 and my file no is 660586204 / HS - 117180324. Even after a month, till date they haven’t collected the documents inspite of my repeated follow up through emails and phone calls. It is disgusting that they try to blame me for their mistakes and they are rude in their behavior.They don’t value the time and money of their customers. I have been running pillar to post to get things done but in vain and still trying.
They are not worth to bank with.
