Pathetic in sense of it’s customer service, got a call today from 01166577560, the rep was so disgusting as per his choice of words and tone which was unbelievable, never thought to receive such a service from HDFC bank.
One end they will send you an email thanks for sticking with us and on the other hand they call customers to harass them. I’ve been a customer for HDFC bank for last 6-7 years no more neither I’ll suggest anyone to get attached to them. Thumbs Down HDFC
