When I went to open an account, hdfc people welcomed me. I thought they have a good customer service but when my account got blocked for some reason(they told some verification problem which they verified more than 3 times) and I went to their branch , they were really rude to me. They didn’t even try to resolve. Please don’t open an account in hdfc bank especially in irinjalakudda branch which is situated in thrissur, Kerala. They have a very bad customer service.
My recommendation is not to open an account in any of the hdfc branches. If you have one, you better& close that account and open in any other bank(for that itself they will make you run here and there atleast for 2 days).
