This is one of the most horrible Bank and I have more than 36 months(yes 36 months) of back and forth emails to prove it. Just listing FEW of the problems, this space will be short to list all.
- RMs chance like you change outfits everyday.
2 You hand over documents to ANYone in Bank and you can forget about the document.
You can keep submitting docs and request to get ANY work done, It will never happen.
They will charge you in bank account without any service and if you catch it also, they will not reverse it even after chasing for 6 months, so you give-up.
Request them to cancel any service/card, they will not do it and continue to charge you for services/cards.
You can imagine I have written to their Nodal office, their Managing Director and everyone I senior management but the resolutions are still not in Sight.
They continue to keep me as customer FORCEFULLY.
