HDFC Bank is one of the most un-customer friendly and rude banks. Their customer service Sucks big time.
They want every request to be submitted by customers in person by going to the bank branch. This is inconvenient & impractical in an age of internet and emails.
I have found the bank staff at HDFC Bangalore CMH road branch rude and lying on occasions. The Banks systems and processes and unprofessional and the entire feeling that I get with the bank is that of disgust and "care least" attitude(I have had an account with the Bank for more than 4 years.)
Due to their poor communication & inability to provide services that are quick and conveneint(they want me to go to the bank personally to request for online fund transfer facility, which all other Banks provide by online authentication methods) I will be closing my account within this week.
For customers looking at convenience in Banking, HDFC is the worst Bank!
