HDFC Bank majorly does business with corporate .In my case they had debited around RS 80 in my statement which was wrong debit .When I contacted customer service they were unable to confirm the reason rather they advised me to walk up to the branch .With this advance technology , I think that there is no need for one to walk up the branch.I am not happy with the service as they are customer friendly.the online service also need improvement .The local branch service is not good .for more than 3 attempts on a non bank ATM despite they charged 50 rupees.It Android application does not work properly.
