Poor service

A few days back I lost my debit card and so I wanted to apply for a new one. I went to the nearest back and asked them the procedure. They wanted an id proff and a cancelled cheque for it. The next day I got the documents with me and he handed over the debit card to me. Same day evening a person from the bank calls me and says they have given the wrong debit card and I have to return it.


I again had to go the bank to return the card and apply for the second  one. This time he said it will another five days to process the request. I am really unhappy with the way they do their work. Highly irresponsible staff. Wrong information and card given.
