FROM HDFC BANK STAY AWAY ...
I have never seen back like hdfc... for everything they will charge you instead of they are in private banking space. I opened a saving account there .... Soon I am going to face troubles .....
They charge 100 rs as your ATM card fee ... in other banks its absouletely free
Then I got ATM card in about 2 month ... till then I called consern person about 10 times every time he say card will be in by 3 days ...
Lack of web interface .... They have very poor internet banking .... just like you can see ur accoutn online .... nothing to do to transfer to other bank account .... Just use your account on internet to view transaction or making few request
Hidden charges ... that is the biggest problem with this bank.... for me there was hidden charge at least one in a month .... Either I deposit a cheque in HDFC ATM payable in same city ... but they charged 50 ... I dont know why ... ? When I called their call center ... no one is responding in proper way .... they say I need to come bank for clarification
I think nothing rediculas then this
5.Call center timing .... only office timing ... anyhow no call center support suppose if you lost your atm card ... at 6:30 in evening then You will be able to inform them only next morning 9:30 ... so prepare to face loss
6.Bank Network... No Bank network at all ... What to say
7.Bank Worker behaviour is like they are giving services via granted ..... No courtesy that we are their customer .... they behave like they are ruler .... shameful
8.Only One thing I fount good is when ever I request cheque book on net I get in with in 1 week ...
So please Guys ... keep away from HDFC bank atleast for saving accounts .... They are good in only Home Loan Sector ...
Even I trying to close my relationship with HDFC bank
