I had a bad experience from hdfc home loan processing at hdfc Jayanagar, bangalore.They dont have any business ethics or fair practice.They just want to take ur money and put you into trouble.
When I applied for a loan they asked for some document and loan processing fee.After two days they encashed my cheque and send me a mail saying that my loan is sanctioned.
After this they started playing fraud and cheating practices.They started asking for NOC from builder as I bought apartment from owner’s share in a joint development.They never informed me about such a document before taking cheque from me.Since builder is not a part of the agreement I gave another rectification deed which shows that builder have given complete rights on apartments to owner. But hdfc didn’t yet disburse the loan. They are not disbursing loan in the name of such a document which does not have any legal value.
Finally, I under stood that they dont plan to give loan, but they just want to take RS/11000 as loan processing fee. So I request all home loan seekers to avoid HDFC.They are supposed to be a private bank.But their service is worse than a public sector bank.Only the interest and other charges are a par with other private bank.Service is really pathetic.
