Hello guys its pratham and today I will share my review as well as opinion about the HDFC Bank which is the worst bank in my opinion and not only me Many people say that the HDFC bank is not good and they do not care about their customers.The phone banking of HDFC bank is strictly average because any problem sure occurs once in a week so thats why I dont use phone banking.The ATM availablity of HDFC banks is ok because at least 1 ATM is present in 1 KM of distance so this is a good thing.The internet banking of HDFC bank is good as compared to other things of this bank.the internet banking works fine although there comes certain problems but it is good.The customer service of HDFC bank is just worst than worst because they dont respond to your problem and hardly they pickup your call and resolve your problem.So thats why I have switched to other bank.
