Please beware of HDFC bank. They are big cheaters and have pathetic services. None of the staff is capable to handle your queries. Recently, I have withdrawn an amount of 125K and these cheaters have charged me 702 rs against the inter bank charges.
Though I have withdrawn via cheque and asked about the charges and none of them said anything before withdrawing the amount. The amount was withdraw on 23rd April and charges were levied on 7th May.
It shows clear case of cheating and misleading the customer. I don’t know why RBI has issued banking license to these cheater, and what all the steps are being taken care by RBI to prevent their self processed charges.
