Worst customer service ever

I have been interacting for over a month now for one wrong transaction. Lodged complaint for the same with reference number 1992257. Every time I call its been told that it will take another 07 working days and that’s how its been over a month now. I have checked with the merchant as well and they have confirmed that they have received it once and its been from the bank side. Every time I have been told the same that yes its from our side and we will do it at the earliest. Today out of nowhere, one representative told that its form the merchant side. Its ridiculous that just for one transaction I have been coordinating for so long still no action is being taken for the wrong deducted amount and they are just making me fool around. I had discussion with the merchant they again confirmed that they have received it once. I am really pissed off now as to whom to look for for the wrong deduction as the bank is taking no responsibility of helping out the client. I will take legal action if its not resolved by end of this week.
