I have my account in this bank since last one year and I have not encounter any difficulties in handling my account. The Bank staff is kind and understanding so customer service is great. I have used bank’s internet banking for online transaction and it is always great.
The ATM machine are available in every corner in my city Jaipur with 24 hours availability. Even in case of demonetization I had no problem in getting cash from the bank.
Bank is great so I will look to have there service for many years to come.
