I booked one complaint regarding unauthorized transaction from my UPI I’d, it is has been got closed automatically without any information, when I tried to call no body getting calls, Moreover I have been misguided by their banker for EMI charge, now it has been over levied and when I am trying to call, it is being said we are unable to connect call to banker where, previously I was getting frequent calls for loan.
Very untrusted behaviour from bank, quite irresponsible for customers.
