My relative lost his ATM card in HDFC bank ATM machine due to technical issue in the ATM machine(BTM 1st stage) near Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research while trying to withdraw money from the ATM.
I lodged a complain with HDFC Bank on 09-Feb-2013(complaint no. BANC0213030844) regarding the incident and asked them to do the needful on urgent basis as one of my relative was admitted in the Jayadeva hospital for heart problem and need to do operation on Tuesday(12-Feb-2013). But till today they say they are doing the process.
My relatives came from other state and they need to withdraw money on urgent basis and need to deposit in Jayadeva hospital before operation. When people will understand the meaning of URGENT that too in case of medical patient.
