HDFC Bank You have proved, yet again, how unsafe your bank is.
I have been a victim of FRAUD owing to the irresponsible behavior of your team.
It all began last May, 2016 when came to know the address in my credit card had been wrongly updated as Kanchipuram. I had never done that. I called up Customer Care( Complaint no 16134928710) and asked you guys to update my correct address. You promised, but you DID NOT UPDATE.
Because of your stupidity, now, the person who had changed my address deliberately has linked his account to my Credit Card; ( NOTE: WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, WITHOUT ANY OTP OR CALL)
Now, on March 2, 2017 when I received an sms about processing of a loan amount of Rs 45, 000/- I was shocked, because I DID NOT REQUEST A LOAN TO BE SANCTIONED AT ALL.
I immediately called up HDFC Customer Care and asked to stop it.( COMPLAINT No- 17061685515) .
AGAIN, YOU DID NOT DO AS I ASKED TO.
And you guys, without my approval, processed it and Rs 45, 000 got debited from my account.
My question is, how can you:
Link somebodys account to my card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, WITHOUT ANY OTP OR CALL)
Process rs 45, 000, again, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, WITHOUT ANY OTP OR CALL.
I want my hard-earned money back, and I am definitely taking legal action against the bank. I have all Proof against you guys to drag you to court for the mental harassment you guys have caused me.
