I am an existing customer of Home loan, but when I applied for TOP UP loan, they took 2.5 months to sanction the loan, dont know how much more time it would take for disbursement?
It is after I have submitted all proper documents and proper follow up to these people. There was not a single miss on document side, still I have to write atleast 40+ mails, and best part is they will hardly reply to your mail. So once you have written the mail then call me and ask for their views.
They will give excellent excuses.
File was not with me.
Previous employee left and file came to yesterday.
Technical team is time.
As it is out station case, it may take time, as they people of not replying(Dont you have SLA or centralized system?).
Talk to that person, file is with him now.
Talk to executive whom you were interacting, he will give you answer(file is with you and then also you are not giving answer! strange.)
Login will take time, 3 weeks to login with complete documents.
You will get email in another 1 hour, call next day, you will get the same answer. till you shout on her/him.
In short they are waste items in Loan industry.
