HDFC is the worst bank with NRI service which I have ever deal with other banks. They never response to your issues once your money transferred to the bank. I had a issue with my work id that was my company’s license issue. Without id nobody can send money through bank account that happened to me after i took HDFC Bank account. During that time many people have been called me from their online team without connection each others. They don’t have a proper team to solve the issues to be noticed that I had experienced the difficulties for give a application for get changed my mai id. Finally I transferred my salary this month and I sent all documents which they needed by 8th jan 24. As per their mail they need only 5 to 6 working days to activate my account. Now finished 17 days, and there is no response while I trying to contact the people who were pushed me before to put money their bank ASAP. Now I am the one suffering for pay my bills and even school fee etc....As per my experience HDFC is not good for make a Account for NRI people.
