This is Shalini. I have taken a gold loan from HDFC bank. I have kept my gold ornaments around 24 carat(4 gold coins, 2 rings and one locket) it was with HDFC bank for around 1 yr when I have closed the account and got my ornaments. Later, as I observed my ornaments, they have taken the gold from the ornaments, because it is easily noticeable as my rings are used before, it was shining at few places inside of the ring and the walls of the ring were very thin at some places, and what my mistake is I didn’t check the weight of the gold while taking, because their was a lot of rush, so could not do that,
THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I GOT CHEATED, you people don’t get cheated by HDFC gold loan. I’m not from any other bank, I’m a normal citizen, working hard to make some money, that’s it,
If you people keep your gold in HDFC Bank, they’ll take out the gold from them. You people can’t even notice but the weight of the ornament will be reduced, HDFC gold loans are cheating us,
The intention behind posting this message is that no one should be cheated like me.
