I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by HDFC Bank. Despite multiple attempts to communicate my concern, it’s clear that their customer service team either doesn’t read emails carefully or doesn’t understand the issues raised. I explicitly mentioned that my concern was not related to the status of my loan, yet that’s the only thing they chose to address in their response.
The lack of professionalism and competence is shocking, especially from a bank as reputed as HDFC. It’s frustrating to deal with a team that seems incapable of providing basic customer support or resolving issues efficiently. This experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue banking with HDFC.
I expected better from HDFC and am seriously considering closing my accounts due to this poor service. I hope others take note of this experience before choosing to bank with HDFC.
