I have raised a dispute on one transaction on 21 Jan 2021, they took complaint and blocked the card. I have given all the information related. Still the status or reissue of card not happened. Phone banking officer ia worst for sure they will not help you to resolve the problem they will ask us to call another numbers and if you call that number they will indorm to call another number.
Finally I thought of closing the account itself that also tough here. Need to visit bank. Phone banking is having no options and customer care also worst.
