I had applied for a personal loan online. Someone called very next day from the number 08030848134. And subsequently collected all d documents including 4 months payslip / 4 months bank statement / photo / address & id proof from a person called govardhan( 8105370676) its been 10 days now there is no calls from d bank.
If I call to the document collector number he doesnt want to give any manager number or reveal any branch or office address. He also cooly shouts on me asking to go and complain to police. Insane human.
I also tried mailing to loansupport but unfortunately they r unable to answer my query about the genuinity of the peoples contact number and their identity.
So I suggest pls avoid banking wid hdfc bank hereafter
