HDFC Bank Worst Service

I would like to inform about the worst service that HDFC bank provides.


I have an HDFC credit card and I wanted to change the address for it, so I requested for the address change via my registered email ID and the reply was to fill an address change form and drop it in the HDFC bank.


I went to HDFC bank and then filled the address change form and then dropped it there. I received a message about it after 3 days stating my request for an address change is being reviewed and then it took another 3 days to respond to me that the signature is not matching and hence they can not change the address.


The signature was not matching because I did my half signature and the full signature was required.


So again I had to do the same thing and its been a. month that the address change is not done.


My question is when I was in the bank then they can do the address change right away and ask for any proof for address verification, but then they won’t do the address change when you are present in the bank when you can provide anything they need for verification signature included. But the HDFC bank people will not do that, they will tell you to fill the form and drop it and they will work on it.


And after 3-4 days you will receive a response that they have received your request.


I mean so much time they will waste, they have wasted more than a month and still, the address change is not done. I doubt that for another request how much time they will waste and the worst part even you go to the bank then also they are helpless, and nothing will be done.
