I am Pankaj Jadhav from Mumbai I had applied for home loan with HDFC bank LTD, I wanted to transfer my existing home loan with HDFC Bank LTD.
At first HDFC had sent me mails that get ready this documents I had submitted all the documents. After that there was a big gap by HDFC I had to myself do follow up for my loan approval, then after some days they had given me file number. Then after few days they needed some more documents by that time HDFC had already taken loan processing fees of Rs. 2600/- from me.
After that they were starting asking very different documents I had submitted all the documents. Then after submitting all the documents they raised a query that In CIVIL records it is showing that my EMI was postponed by 30 days for four months from November 2011 to Feb 2012 which was false.
I had shown them all the related documents & loan account statement also my bank statement, but they are not agree one of their loan clearing officer Mr. Advait didn’t even know how to read loan statement I had paid to my earlier bank amount of Rs.25000/- thru cheque & that idiot employee of HDFC was saying that this cheque has bounced & silly things like that
In the end these people send me a mail that loan will not be possible from their side & after loads of days of follow up they return only RS 1200/- to me .
This HDFC Bank Home Loan is a cheater they are cheat & they will fool you. the worst staff who are careless about customer relationships, filthy response team.
Totally unprofessional behavior there is no representative who had taken responsibility.
Cheaters Cheaters Cheaters don’t choose this bank otherwise you will loose money.
