In past time HDFC is one of the most successful private bank in india but now a days HDFC banks service is degrading day by day and they are not at all bothered about their services and nor their customers.
I have a account in Hdfc bank . The phone banking is very worst. They will not give customer satisfaction via phone banking. This is the one reason to I hate the HDFC Bank.
Internet banking is much better than phone banking service but it also has the disadvantages in reliability, customer support.
there is no security to our payment which is transfer via internet banking. When you create your new account in HDFC then they has a really bad terms and conditions for it, that is you have to maintain the minimum balance in your account is Rs. 25, 000 or more in your account. If you didnt maintain this minimum account then you have to face severe actions. They will immediately deduct a heavy amount of money from your account as AMB charges.
Customer service and ATM availability is very poor because
branch manager of HDFC does not easily entertain customer.
If you have query or a problem and want to have a conversation with the Branch manager not even look up to the customer issue and concern.
ATM availability is very poor there are few ATM Centres are available in Districts.
So, dont open an new account in HDFC bank
