I have HDFC Bank Titanium credit from last year and had not received much offers on my purchases. They gave constant reminders to upgrade my card for more benefits and when I tried to upgrade they keep rejecting my card for unknown reasons. I called their customer service several times but that didn’t help either. Now the situation is such that every time I use the card I got charged heavily. The notifications are stopped and I only get notified when they crdit my account balance to meet the charges.
