I had been using three credits from Longtime.CITI, Std Chrtd and HDFC. Though I was holding HDFC card..i never got a chance to use it ..my two other cards were splendid and was serving me the best. But for my bad luck..recently it happened to use this card ...where the agony started.
Usually the due date falls on the last week of every month. that made me fall out of money and couldnt pay the bill. At that times..the customer care guys couldn’t help me anything to wait for few days for the payment without any charges.
The recovery team use to call many a time everyday and their way of speaking was unprofessional. I escalated the issue to higher level and that guy did support them too. I never faced this prob with my other cards..they were very helpful.
Guys pls dnt take HDFC card and let you head heat up. It’s my personal experience. If you want more details I can post it here.
