Hope this mail finds you All at YOUR best; I would like to bring this issue into your light and if possible try to set it right if HDFC cares about loosing any of the customers like me!
How Pathetic is HDFC service to respond to the customer? I have mailed once, called SEVERAL TIMES but didn?t even receive an acknowledgement from any of HDFC support services, Countless times I have left my Mobile number with stupid tele-executives.
It?s been more than two years I believe that I have been using the VISA SILVER CARD, I have no dues. I have been always paying the full amount not even Minimum Due Amount. My credit history is PRETTY GOOD, Now that I have used HDFC card for over 2 yrs; my card has expired in Jan 2005. Despite having no due balance, no bad credit history Till date I have not received the new card to use.
HDFC BANK has been keep on sending me these stupid statements with Annual charge for next year Whereas I have never received the NEW CARD, I called the Customer Care & They give me false assurances that I would get it in a week or two & bla bla...
If I ask the customer care reps to transfer it to the manager or supervisor, They say its NOT POSSIBLE for them to connect me to any senior person.... Which is ridiculous!
I don?t know if they don?t have any RESPONSIBLE MANAGER who could have the courage to speak to the customers and resolve their issues.
The attitude is UTTERLY DISGUSTING. After lot of screaming & shouting once the lady transferred the call to SO-CALLED SUPERVISOR, I can?t trust if he really was one of the executives or a supervisor himself?????
As usual He took my Phone number and promised to get back to me & all that shit.... NOTHING HAPPENED.... I called again and told the Cust care rep to resolve the issue, She said that there is scheme tat I can pay 1500 for lifetime fee and get rid of annual charge and get the card in a weeks time I told that person to enroll me for the same. EVERYTHING SAID $ DONE NOTHING HAPPENED THIS TIME TOO.............
Anyways I had just forgotten about the Card since you guys have such pathetic attitude towards The customers. NO ONE CARES!...
Once I had a word with one of the executives who claimed himself to be the Deputy Manger, RAJ (hes lucky that I have forgotten the last name) he told me that Mam I know why you are shouting, Are you trying to blast me off to get a free card or what??
I mean, come on IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS, LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE NEVER HEARD SUCH REMARKS FROM ANYONE IN MY LIFE??? FOR YOUR INFO I, MYSELF IS A TEAM MANAGER-CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A BPO. I would have fired such executive then there, had he been in my team.
Heights of Heights, I got a call from collections to pay off my outstanding balance, which nothing but the ANNUAL CHARGE FOR THE CARD I NEVER RECIEVED TILL DATE.... NOW THIS HAS DISGUSTED ME LIKE HELL..
I have already been through a stupid discussion with the idiotic supervisors named Pankaj & Raj and after being disgusted by their intelligence I had informed them not to send my card since I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!! I don?t understand how can I get a COLLECTION CALL?????
I DONT REALLY CARE FOR THE CARD BUT I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED WITH THE WHOLE THING AND THATS THE REASON, I WANT SOME ACKNOWLEDGEMENT?????
