I have been using the HDFC credit card since last 4 years and enjoy using it so far.
They dont have answer of my query on financial charges & disconnecting my call from last 1 hour. They can check call log of 9th June between 7 to 8 pm. They need to learn service from AMEX.
It looks like customer care given to third party. No matter how attractive their offers are, their customer care service sucks.
Now, I want to cancel the card, thats the best possible scenario for me. If someone interested to know detail, please call me on 8050020180. I dont have any hope from their customer service.
You try and call customer care and they know nothing. You talk to supervisor who are more pathetic and answer u even worse.
