I have taken HDFC credit card almost 1 year back.
While taking the card the agent told me that I won’t be charged with any annual fees for the card. Recently I completed 1 year holding the card and in the latest bill I got a annual charges of Rs799. This is really disappointing. I contacted customer care and they told me that I have taken card from agent and not from the bank and they are not responsible for the same.
