Im using HDFC credit card from the last 2 years.
I frequently face issue of credit card statement mistakes.
If I want to go and ask the customer care it will take more than 20 mins if I follow all their instructions.
Now a days technology improved a lot but hdfc didnt upgraded accordingly.
There is no proper UI for credit card login.No mobile app also available for credit card customers.
If we want to complaint on any thing it is very horrible to reach the customer care.
The rate of interest on any loan is more than 15% and EMI charges and many more charges we have to pay.
