This is the worst credit card service, I have ever used. Customer care people are not well trained, two people will say different things. Plus a warning: - It’s easy to take their card, but they don’t let you leave the card. I called them for months to cancel the card and they haven’t cancelled it.
Really worst card. Please don’t go ahead with any of the HDFC card services.
