I am holding credit card of hdfc I was paying them minimum due on times by some personal reason I was not in town the bank collection guys came to me office & misbehave very rudely I think so bank hire rowdys for collection they are acting as if they have issued the card to me from there own. pressuring me to pay full payment and it was a talk of settlement for rs 20000/- the card used for rs 27000/- in 4 shots before sending the offer copy they have debited rs 43000/- from my account without informing which money I am not able to withdraw in emergency then what is the use of keeping account in hdfc bank when there in no security or privacy for our account really this is disgusting if I get the bank people who misbehaved I will screw them I don’t care now some how they have debited my account its not right on their parts really blood, the person who spoke to me from card division is not capable to handle the bank queries do what ever u want to do he is arguing with me, what they we doing for 6 month to increase the interest and debit at a time, no:1 bank icici in fraud no:2 is hdfc both are sailing in same boats.
Fact speaking now the money is their hand if the money was unpaid or I was not holding hdfc bank account by me what they have done to me nothing they have not picked my hair also. Unfair trade practice & not stick to their tongue.
So pls suggest me what I have to do for this.
