I am using HDFC Titanium card since it launched in market. I have never faced any issues related to Credit card and statement. But the HDFC Customer Care - Credit Cards supports (Customer Care) are too unprofessional. On calling HDFC Customer Service the verification process is too unprofessional as they asks for the customer to read out the card no and verification is only done on DOB, Address and Mob Number. (that anyone can get thru)
Also it happened after I changed my location and my mobile no changed still they refused to give me information even after I gave my DOB, Address. I asked them to update my mobile number but they refused to do so.
Is the mobile no the Key Security to validate to access the account. **SHAME on HDFC BANK for such unprofessional security access for credit card. (Nowadays other Banks have implemented PIN technology, Secure Token for security purpose)
And Worse is the redemption part, they ask u to pay for the product and ask to give away our points. So what is the meaning of redemption of points (it makes no sense)
Eg: - If u redeem your points u have to pay Rupees + redeem points when u can get the same the product with ur own money*
