I have a credit card and I used it for my sister’s marriage as per promised that I can pay the amount in emi but later when I got the bill all hdfc credit card department said you have to pay it one time we do not have emi offers for now.
I earn 15000 per month just i know how I have been surviving these days for their bill. I called 100 times to the credit card department but no one helped me. And there is a person named pankaj in swargate, Pune branch who ruined my life for this bill, all of you hdfc you just know how to play with someone’s feelings. You say you understand us. Actually, you do not understand a single person.
