When I was looking to choose credit card which provide good discounts when shopping online, and provide good cutomer support the members of hdfc bank approached me giving me all the details of their service, i.e what is the credit amount, what is the percentage of discount offered etc. After hearing everything I have decided to use hdfc credit card, I have ordered mobile in flipkart using emi, after using the hdfc credit card for a month the bill statement they sent me was very high, they added unknown payments in th statement withou even clearly mentioning the purchase name. When I contacted the representative he refused to answer me and said to contact support member online, when I contacted regarding this issue they didn’t clearly tell what are those unknown payments listed in the statement, the customer service is so worst that they don’t care about the customers. The rates and charge they put in the statement are high, though the payment process is easy, most of the time payment gets failed. When people reach out with their problems to the support team they don’t care, but if customers don’t pay the bill in time they will be calling often and often to make the payments within time, and if customer fail to pay the bill within time they put high additional charges. This is how they treat their customers and how their services are. I am not at all satisfied using this card, I just wanna end using this credit card after clearing all the payments.
