What a worst services im getting from HDFC bank, today im trying to use HDFC (Signature Credit Card) for utility payment but VISA was declining the payment and than they blocked my card and saying I need to contact Bank to unblock. When I checked with bank they says card is activated and there is no problem with card than I asked why VISA is declining my payment than customer executive told must be I entered wrong password on which I didnt agreed but than I asked ok what is the solution of this than they said you need to wait for 24 hrs. I shocked with bank reply because if I have to wait than why VISA is telling me to contact bank if this will reactivate again after 24 hrs? also if my card is blocked than why bank is telling me that my card is activated?
This shows HDFC credit card is not reliable and we need to hold other back credit card along with HDFC credit card and that too Signature card.
Story is not end here!!! customer executive told me to talk to her senior and she transferred my call and her senior is asking my debit card No. I said I have a issues with credit card and I have already done my phone verification to earlier executive. Than he said he is from debit card division. What a Joke these people are doing with customers?
In the age of information technology we have to wait for 24 hrs (as per customer exe.) for reactivation........ :(
