I seriously dnt recommend anyone to use credit cards, HDFC has been torturing us for long now. I requested them to cancel the card in Feb’10 on making the outstanding payment via reciept no. 11117017 & 18. But they didnt give an ear to my request and continued charging us month on month auto pay /late fee/finance charges for no reason. We made the payment and there after also without using the card they have been sending us bills..Wont you feel trapped and cheated if no one listens to u. I think the senior managers and specially the President of thief company is deaf and also vlind to all these complaints. If anyone of you can help me with the president/Md of teh company , pls help me with his email id , I would really like to wake him up or will be forced to send a legal notice in his name.
