As I normally do not use my HDFC credit card for international payment I keep it disabled. Today while making an international payment I didn’t realize this and made few unsuccessful attempts during this payment.
I immediately received text message for these failed attempts and also within 10mins received call from HDFC checking whether these were genuine attempts.
Thanks HDFC, I think these are good measures and helps me.
