I was offred a hdfc ergo card on phone by an executive and was convinced...was told that any query regarding the same would be entertained anytime in 24 hours and I will be able to cancell the card any time I want.
I called back in an hours time to cancell the card and my calls were not taken ...was sent msgs that my card ois dispatched. I called up at the phone line for filing a complaint aginst misbehaviour of the executive ’miss sheetal patel’. I complaint was not even heard infact was told to give understanding to the hdfc executives.
I had to withdraw all the cash from my acc..being scared that the premiums will be debited automatically from my credit card.
I am extremelly dissapointed by the hdfc executives..especially miss sheetal patel.
plz don’t go on the talks that the executives give u and the promises they give on telephone.
They convince u to take the card through telephone and for cancellation u r not entertained and have to go thruogh written applications.
