I am using HDFC credit card for the last six months, From my six month’s experience I would like to frankly quote that the Customer Service what they provide so pathetic in situation, I don’t know why they are delivering such a poor customer service while Banks like ICICI are providing Customer service with high standard.
Before six months I unfortunately attended a promotional call regarding the HDFC Credit card and I felled in the words of the Executive and I agreed and ended up in application for this product which is only one thing which I hate in my Wallet. I feel regretted every day since I have got their Credit Card.
Here I would like to share some of the main problem that I have faced with this credit Card.
First thing I messed up is that "PIN" that I really messed up, It took around 10-20 days to get the PIN code after receiving my Credit Card, The main issue is that I required statements to my E-Mail to monitor the transaction, I just called the Customer Care and it took around 20 minutes to get connected, finally One Raja got connected to call and he told me that, You will get only statements if you have the Mobile banking facility, I agreed with him, But to register the card to Internet banking they required This PIN Number, I waited for 10 -20 days to received "4 Digit ", even I have not waited for My Wife like this.
The Second horrible Thing I have faced is that I have called Customer Service and requested to update my Email ID to mobile banking and for receiving statements, and the Raja who took the call, He entered my Email ID as something else. Again I called Customer support and requested to change my Email to Proper, and they made me to undergo many procedures and security producers to update my Email ID to the Proper way.
The most worst moments I have faced is that most of the Transactions were failed, the time I felt Rummy Cards were better than this.
I am not even Happy to give 1 star, But I give this star the Guy(Executive) who pushed me to this well.
