All I will say is its a vicious trap , they make mockery of customer care .
Never go for HDFC bank credit card , its a sheer waste in terms of customer care and mismanagement , they are incapable to the maximum extent .
I faced all kind of issues , false promises , Fines , false billings and what not.
I had a horrible experience , starting with a promise of free card , did not got my first few statements , I thot I am not getting it because its a free card and I did not use it , but I used it first time and to my dismay, I got a statement next time with annual fee coupled with late payment fee for three months .when I complained they said blob blob...it wd be corrected in next statement , but it never happened...
I strongly feel bad about this harrowing experience.
These people still work in a ’’SARKARI BANK ’’ way with same attitude towards customers.They take us as a liability rather than assets.
