I have been using the HDFC Bank credit card since last 5 years. Though there were never any good offers on the HDFC Bank credit card but I was happy using it until I was being charged the late fees even after doing the partial payment. To add to it, when I discuss about the same with their customer care executive, he replied very rudely to me which I felt very bad.
HDFC Bank is a good brand name today but if they can’t improve the customer care service, I don’t think that it will remain one for long.
