I applied for credit card of HDFC to get benefit of 0% EMI on purchase of laptop at selected merchants where HDFC has collaboration with. When the card delivered to me I called customer care and ask if my card is eligible for EMI option or not. They told that yes it is available and they also offered a new card for medical emergency. I refused that card at that time. I called them 4 times and same thing happened. Then after 2 week when I was about to buy a laptop. I again asked them for verifying about EMI option. At that time the executive said there is no EMI option available on your Card. I got shock. I was laughing on me.
They are changing the options on your card when they want. When you buy a thing it will be applicable and after buying it it will be gone from your card. That they are doing, actually cheating.This system should be closed. Rubbish things.
Don’t get trapped in such things and save your money of hard work.
