HDFC credit card department: from the first call who pitches for credit card to verification department, every body just know how to complete their target.
I got a call for credit card and I asked that guy(Sagar: 8750444949) to upgrade my debit card too and and he said he will get it done with NO YEARLY FEE and we both agreed on Titanium credit card.
Then I got verification call and that cheap guy pitched me for titnium edge card and said it has same features and fee of this card too gets waived off just like normal titanium card.
Then in second verification all, I asked that guy about fee waive off, to which he said there is nothing like that with titanium edge card. Then after few days I got my Credit card pin with PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL written on it and it was lying on my door and courier guy just dint handed over it to anybody at my place.
Then I got the credit card too but nobody talked to me about my debit card up-gradation then I finally mailed up at grievance dept and gave this guy Sagar’s number to them.
I was connected on a call with sagar and HDFC guy and when I asked sagar about my debit card, he said he did not promised anything to me about debit card. Then I finally destroyed the card and cancelled it.
I will never buy any HDFC product in future now.
