In my family we have 4 credit cards , I use hdfc silver, my dad uses citibank , hsbc , sbi card .
My dad had problems in all 3 cards at one point of time, it was a mental torture.
but belive me , iam a user of hdfc cc for past 2 years with free lifetime option ,
Till now - no problem aboslutely
i got the card thru bank pre approved scheme , they sent it for my approval.
Good card and service till now,
I dont know , why all are writing all neagtives here,
i doubt , its a propaganda to tarnish the image of hdfc cc by rivals.
belive me , none of cc is trust worthy ,
so stop witch hunting hdfc cc.
its 100 times better than all of them in market.
hdfc cc is many times better than hsbc cc
so I reccoemnd to use this cc , also to my friends ,
p.s - iam not connected in anyway with hdfc bank
i bank with them for over 5 years , they offer good service in bank.
