HDFC banks have a very good service in terms of account handling and all. Ease of using the account is too easy.
But something that happened with me was I didnt get my credit card process approved for some reason and I am still unaware of it. I went to the customer for the details he was like ok I will ensure that what is the problem, but till date I am not aware of the isssue. My account was create with same info, but credit card was not issued. Bad experience all through.
